The Manipur State Legal Service Authority is all set to conduct the National Lok Adalat on March 9 at every district courts across the state.
It was informed by member secretary of Manipur State Legal Service Authority, Alex Muivah on Wednesday.
Alex Muivah said that national Lok Adalat is also known as Public Court and both parties can settle their issues here. Nobody can appeal to any other court about an issue that has been settled by the Lok Adalat as it is the same decree of civil court, Alex added.
He also informed that Lok Adalat is absolutely free with no charge of commission and appealed to all to take the opportunity of the Lok Adalat.
In the coming Lok Adalat, there will be three benches for dealing issues like pre-litigation case, clinic case, unlisted court case and bank related case.
