An order by the District Magistrate of Thoubal, A Subhash Singh, notified that all medical stores in Thoubal district selling Scheduled H & X drugs must install CCTV cameras in their premises under section 133 of the criminal procedure code (CrPC). 

Violation of this order will be strongly dealt with as per law, the order added.
