“The true meaning of Christmas is about celebrating peace, love and goodwill towards others. This year has been filled with all sorts of challenges. The good news of Christmas is that even when the world or our circumstances change - the message of Christmas is timeless because Christmas is about the birth of God’s son - Jesus”, said Minister Basanta Kumar in his message.
He added: "Let happiness, good health, prosperity, development and communal harmony spread to every nook and corner of Manipur with the arrival of Christmas".
