A decomposed body of an unidentified man was found near Sports University Koutruk of Kharou Village situated 7 km south of Leimakhong police station in Kangpokpi district around 4 pm on Sunday.

According to police, the highly decomposed body of the unidentified man was found wearing nothing but a blue-coloured undergarment.

After a team of State Forensics Science Laboratory examined the crime scene, the body was taken to the RIMS mortuary by the Leimakhong police on Monday, as per police.
