GNM Training School, Thoubal held its Lamp Lighting and Oath Taking ceremony of their third batch (2024-25) nurses at the training school in Thoubal district hospital complex on Friday.
Health department additional director Dr N Hemantakumar, CMO Thoubal Dr Y Nokul, Nursing deputy director Th Suneeta, Manipur Nursing Council registrar A Jamuna and GNM Training School Thoubal principal N Memchoubi Devi attended the event organised by the school principal and staff as presidium members.
Presidium members spoke on different topics, the roles taken by the nurses in our society and the achievement by the school students. Principal, staff, students, parents and guardians attended the ceremony.
GNM Training School Thoubal tutors Sapana and Babita led the nurses in their lamp lighting and oath taking. GNM school of Nursing, Churachandpur principal in charge Sh Surlaxmi read out the oath to be taken by the students.
