In a release, MHA conveyed condolences on the demise of former MHA member Laishram Ingocha, 30, from Mayang Imphal Thana Maning in Imphal West. He passed away on September 1 after battling with an illness, it mentioned. The MHA observed a two-minute silence to pay tributes to the departed soul and recalled his contributions to society, it stated.

Sharing the sorrows of the bereaved family, MHA prayed for the peace of Ingocha’s departed soul, it added.
