A man was found dead inside a makeshift tent meant for labourers near the bank of Sekmai river, adjacent to Khonghampat and Koirengei Water Supply under Sekmai Police Station in Imphal West around 6.30 am on Sunday.  A team of State Forensic Science Laboratory inspected the incident, after which the body was picked up by a team of Sekmai Police and transported to RIMS Mortuary for identification, as per sources.
