LMG extends financial assistance

A shop and a shed of Paonam Bahadur @Yaima were completely burnt down to the ground and a cash of Rs 10 lakh, properties worth Rs 80 lakh of the shop were burnt to ashes.

Like Minded group (LMG), Manipur extended financial assistance of Rs 15,000 to the victims of a fire which broke out in the wee hours of Monday at Thangmeiband Polem Leikai in Imphal West district.

A shop and a shed of Paonam Bahadur @Yaima were completely burnt down to the ground and a cash of Rs 10 lakh, properties worth Rs 80 lakh of the shop were burnt to ashes.

Thirty bags of rice were also burnt down and some properties of the neighbouring house were also burnt.

A team of LMG members led by Advisory Board member Wangkhemcha Syamjai, secretary Ojit Sorokhaibam along with members Kunjeshwor Mangsatabam, Sarat Pukhrambam, Rupachandra Ningrhoujam and Ojit yumnam handed over the money to Paonam Bahadur.

Paonam Bahadur appreciated the LMG members for extending help in times of need.
