Advocate Jacky Lucy Lamkang, as a resource person, started with a brief on the justice delivery system in the country. She concluded that delivering justice is not a duty solely entrusted to the judiciary and it cannot be conducted in isolation. The justice delivery mechanism is dependent on several factors and cooperation amongst the three major organs of the state i.e., the executive, legislature and the judiciary, she said.

The village authorities, local villagers, students and PLVs participated in the programme.
