Indian Medical Association Manipur unit on Sunday condemned the bomb attack at the chief medical officer of District Headquarter, Senapati on the night of September 30.

A release by Indian Medical Association, Manipur State Branch (IMA-MSB) stated that bomb attack is an act of terrorisation against the hands that heal.
“Such violence against healthcare providers will not be tolerated at all. The association urged the state government to initiate immediate and strong action against the perpetrators,” it read.

It also appealed to the people to remain calm and help the police to identify the involved culprits if they have any information on the same.
