The 16th Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) meeting was held at ICAR Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Churachandpur, ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region at Pearsonmun Village, Churachandpur District on Tuesday.
A release issued by KVK Churachandpur stated that the meeting was conducted in hybrid mode where the dignitaries and members, including Nodal Cell ICAR, head of the ICAR-KVKs and experts joined through an online platform.
The programme was participated by ICAR-RC for NEH Region, Manipur Centre joint director Arnab Sen who physically chaired the Churachandpur session along with principal scientist I Meghachandra Singh, AC-DC S Khaikhopau Ngaihte as well as the scientist of ICAR Manipur Centre, officials various state government departments and other stakeholders, it mentioned.
The main agenda of the meeting was to highlight the progress report of the activities of KVK Churachandpur and the proposal of the action plan for the next upcoming year 2023, it added.
