Teachers and students of Ibeni Sport Academy Heirok led by the academy instructor Thokchom Roshan provided food and water to security forces deployed for the prevailing ethnic clash.
The academy extended the items to the security forces deployed in Inganglok village, Heirok part III and to the womenfolk who were on vigil at Heirok part II.
It may be mentioned that the academy had also extended relief items to the relief camp opened at Heirok Higher Secondary school under the supervision of Heirok MLA Thokchom Radheshyam and the relief camp opened at Pioneer Club office in Wangjing Hodamba Maning Leikai.
The sports academy extended the items to encourage the security forces deployed to protect the people of Heirok from Kuki militants.
