The Hills Areas Committee (HAC), Manipur Legislative Assembly on Monday declared that a sub-committee for the delimitation of constituencies of the Autonomous District Councils (ADC), Manipur has been constituted.
A release issued by HAC, Manipur Legislative Assembly deputy secretary Pammei Ningmei stated that the HAC has constituted a sub-committee for the delimitation of constituencies of the Autonomous District Councils, Manipur on August 27.
It requested the public leaders, civil organisations and all stakeholders concerned to provide constructive suggestions, opinions, views and inputs regarding the matter by September 5.
“Those who wish to submit written suggestions on the matter may send two copies of the memoranda address to the chairman of the Sub-Committee, HAC, Manipur Legislative Assembly,” it read.
