Many continue to extend donations towards the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. On Monday, Commandant of 3rd Indian Reserve Battalion, Khangabok, Sarangthem Hemanta Singh donated Rs 1,00,000 and Professor, Manipur University Wahengbam Chandbabu Singh donated Rs 50,000 to the said fund.

Chief Minister N Biren Singh expressed gratitude to the individuals for generously donating to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

It may be mentioned that any contribution made to the fund will enjoy tax exemption under Section 80G.
