Taking part in the press meet, another villager pointed out that Waroiching village was under the jurisdiction of Nambol Police Station and claimed that the village is still a part of Irengbam Gram Panchayat in Bishnupur district.

However, the relocation of jurisdiction of the village under Keithelmanbi Police station in Kangpokpi district has caused inconveniences to the residents of the village, he added.
