The government has relaxed curfew for three hours in Imphal West, citing improved situation, according to official sources.

Curfew has been lifted in Imphal West district from 5 am to 8 am on Monday, subject to the condition that gathering of people is not allowed for any other purposes other than procuring of essential items, according to an order issued by the district magistrate, Imphal West.
Curfew has been imposed in Imphal West, along with other districts, in view of the prevailing law and order situation since May 3.
