The 143 Battalion of CRPF Tamenglong on Monday distributed sewing machine to marginalised women of the village for earning livelihood.

The programme was led by 143 Battalion CRPF Assistant Commandant Binod Kumar Singh and Shri Santhosh PT, company commander of E /143 company.
Tamenglong ward No 7 Farmlane ward 7 vVillage chairman Sh Akhiuna and villagers with beneficiaries were present during the distribution programme.

Speaking on the occasion 143 Battalion CRPF Assistant Commandant Binod Kumar Singh said that Sewing Machines were given under civic action programme. He urged all to support and give cooperation to the security force.
