The Catholic Medical Centre (CMC Hospital), Koireingei, Imphal on Saturday organised a one-day free medical camp at Kasom Khullen Village in Kamjong district in collaboration with the Kamjong district doctors.
Led by Rev Fr James Tangshel, Director of CMC, the medical team comprised 11 doctors, one Senior consultant HR, four nurses, two pharmacists and two health workers.
The camp was benefited by over 200 patients from the villages of Kasom Khullen, Mavai and Khamlang where free medicines were also provided to all the patients.
The Kasom Khullen village authority welcomed the medical team and extended all hospitality and cooperation while the villagers appreciated the CMC Hospital management and Kamjong doctors for their yeoman service to humanity.
