Illicit liquor of various types and brands were disposed of by the Churachandpur district police at the Khuga Dam waste dumping site in Churachandpur district, in the presence of mediapersons and the CSOs of the district on Friday.

The illicit liquor included 934.5 litres of distilled indigenous country (DIC) liquor, 220.25 litres of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), 204 cans of beer, five bottles of grape juice, and 20 bottles of Soju.

The liquor items were seized by the Churachandpur police from the town areas of Churachandpur district, in the past few weeks. The event was led by Churachandpur police station ASI Bijen.
