United People’s Revolutionary Front of Manipur (UPRFM) on Tuesday alleged the joint director, CDPO and staff of the department for involvement in bribery and malpractice favouring the respective ministers and MLAs during recruitment process.
The organisation is in possession of many hard evidences for these malpractices, UPRFM stated in a release issued by its information and publicity secretary L Rolin.
It stated that since October, 2021, the organisation had been undergoing investigation at the ICDS Project, Kakching for alleged malpractice and corruption during recruitment.
Cautioning hard measures against those involved, UPRFM demanded the “culprits” to surrender the bribe money and conform to a just practice on their own.
It also demanded for the cancellation of the order of the Anganwadi Worker selection. If the individuals who bribed their quota in the selection list in the first place, start any form of resistance, the organisation will take up harsher measures against them, it cautioned.
