The civil and criminal cases listed on Wednesday at Cheirap Court in Manipur have been postponed in bulk to July 4, 2024 due to flooding in the court complex.

Heavy and incessant rain in the state over the last two days have caused inconvenience in the form of floods, especially in the Imphal valley.

Urgent matters and cases older than five years may be proceeded through VC, and can contact bench readers to CJJD/JMFC, Imphal West-II, the court authorities said, adding that interims granted on previous date may be extended till next date.
