A career guidance seminar on the theme, ‘Career choices are life choices, take them seriously, do it right’ was successfully held at Taphou Kuki village in Kangpokpi district on Saturday.
The career guidance seminar was organised by Taphou Kuki Youth Club in collaboration with MANEDA.
Additional SP (Law and Order), Senapati Thangkhochon Haokip; post commander 33 AR, Hengbung Post major YS Singh; Dr Nengneivah Haokip, FAB, MANEDA Senapati, and secretary, Custom and Culture, Taphou Village Authority Tongsei Lotzem attended the event as a resource person.
Former ADC Sadar Hills Councilor Lenkhomang Chongloi, chief of Taphou village delivered the welcome address and introduced the resource persons after the Pastor of Taphou Christian Church, Kamsat invoked the opening prayer.
Additional SP (Law and Order), Senapati Thangkhochon Haokip and Taphou village authority’s Custom and Culture Secretary Tongsei Lotzem spoke on various topics during the first session while major YS Singh; post commander 33 AR, Hengbung Post, and FAB, MANEDA Senapati Dr Nengneivah Haokip spoke during the second session.
More than a hundred students from Taphou Kuki village and its neighbouring villages took part in the career guidance seminar.
