Subject matter specialist agronomy Gaipuichung Kamei highlighted and delivered a speech about the topic of ‘Importance of Millet cultivation for increasing farm income’.
Subject matter specialist soil science I Bhupenchandra also talked about the topics of ‘Soil Fertility Management in Millets Cultivation’.

A millets germplasm collection was led by technical officer (Extension) Lungkhong Riamei.
Around 30 farmers attended the awareness programme. All necessary precautions and measures regarding COVID-19 were strictly followed.
