The highly corroded bomb was found by one Nongmaithem Indrajit, 62, from the said locality. It was found among the stones he had brought for building a house. The stones were transferred from Sekmai on a DI-407 vehicle.   

A team of state Bomb Disposal Squad picked up the bomb and was safely disposed of at Patsoi Part II around 1.20 pm on Sunday.
