Bodies of victims killed by Kuki militants in different parts of the state were received by the bereaved families after post mortem at RIMS mortuary on Tuesday.

The received bodies were of one Angom Bashanta alias Dr Chaoba, 28, from Phayeng Ching Khunou under Lamshang police station and one Thokchom Naotomba, 30, from Wangoo Pungjao Makhong.

Angom Bashanta was killed in a shooting at the Freedom Hills of Phayeng and Thokchom Naotomba was also killed in a shooting at Nungu Chandonpokpi under Kumbi police station on Sunday midnight.
