A closed-door media workshop for BJP, Manipur was held at the Thambal Shanglen in Imphal West in the presence of national spokesperson of BJP and in-charge of Nagaland Nalin Kohli who attended the occasion as a resource person.

Speaking at the inaugural function, president of BJP Manipur A Sharda Devi stated that the media plays an important role in highlighting the various developmental works of the government so that the people can know that the government is working hard.

The media cell of a political party needs to stay alert and have a strict monitoring of all the current news happening in society and give updates to the party’s spokesperson, she said.    

The function was also attended by BJP, Manipur in-charge Sambit Patra, BJP Manipur media in-charge Sidananda, BJP, Manipur spokesperson Ch Bijoy among other leaders of BJP, Manipur.
