A 30-year-old man died in a road mishap on Tuesday night around 7.40 pm in Bishnupur District when the Activa he was riding collided with a Tata Altroz.
The deceased has been identified as Thingbaijam Lalit, son of Th Robindro from Irengbam Awang Mamang Leikai, Bishnupur District.

Thingbaijam Lalit was coming from Imphal on Activa when he collided with a Tata Altroz, bearing registration number MN01AG/8167, coming from Bishnupur at Phoijing along Tiddim Road under the jurisdiction of Nambol Police station.
Lalit succumbed to his injuries at Asian Hospital Kwakeithel at around 8:48 pm.

Nambol Police Station registered a case and later handed over the body to the family member after conducting a post mortem at RIMS mortuary.
