As part of BJP 42nd Foundation Day, BJP Mahila Morcha Jiribam Mandal organised an appreciation programme for ASHA workers and Anganwadi workers, and distributed food items to children of Anganwadi centre.
The BJP Mahila Morcha Jiribam Mandal organised the appreciation programme for the ASHA workers and Anganwadi workers at the community hall of Sorok Atingbi Hilghat, while BJP Manipur Pradesh president A Sharda Devi distributed food items to the children of Anganwadi Centre at Dibong Khunou part II.
In the programme, A Sharda Devi led the attendees and paid floral tribute to Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Pandit Upadhaya. The ASHA and Anganwadi workers were commended for their hard work and were provided with financial aid.
The event was attended by BJP Manipur Pradesh president A Sharda Devi; BJP Manipur Pradesh general secretary L Deben Singh; BJP Manipur Pradesh general secretary K Saratkumar Singh; Adhyaksha Zilla Parishad, Jiribam Kh Janaki Devi; BJP Manipur Pradesh spoke person L Veerjit Singh; social worker, Jiribam N Budhachandra Singh and other BJP workers.
Speaking on the occasion, A Sharda highlighted the influence of the PM N Modi led BJP government and encouraged the public to build a peaceful and developed Manipur.
