Spear Corps of the Indian Army hosted a two-day awareness programme titled ‘Join the Indian Army’ at the Saint Anthony High School in Senapati, Manipur, on Saturday and Sunday to inspire and inform high school students about the myriad opportunities available for pursuing a rewarding career in the Indian Army, stated a release issued by the PIB (Defence Wing).  

As many as 660 students, including 160 girls attended the event, it stated.

The programme featured motivational lectures and interactive sessions, highlighting diverse career paths within the Army and offering essential guidance on admissions to esteemed institutions like Sainik Schools, Rashtriya Military School (RMS), Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) and the National Defence Academy (NDA), it added.
