Manipur Mixed Martial Arts Association (MMMAA) on Monday informed all Martial artists of the state to submit applications for participating in two upcoming international tournaments slated to be held this year and in early 2024.
The Open Word Budo Martial Arts Cup 2023 will be held at Sports Palace, Tbilisi, Georgia from December 21 to 25, 2023, while the World Cup 2024 Sabakchi Ashihara Karate Championship is scheduled to be held at Hyderabad, India from January 7 to 10, 2024 stated a release.
Interested players can submit their application forms along with the necessary supporting documents at the Association’s office in Khurai Puthiba Leikai, Imphal East, it mentioned. They can also avail further details from mobile number 9774176292 via call or WhatsApp, it added.
The Association further stated that players who are to participate in national or international tournaments must attend training sessions. Players who skip training and defy the Association’s rules will forfeit the benefits, it stated.
