All Manipur Press Association celebrates foundation day

AMPA president Senjam Surjit said that printing of books will continue for supporting writers and the general public.

All Manipur Press Association (AMPA) on Thursday celebrated its 52nd foundation day at Manipur Press Club.

In connection with the celebration, AIFMP president Raghavendra N Dutta Baruah said that the state can make gains in terms of economy when the state government puts focus on the printing press.

Due to the ongoing crisis in Manipur, the printing press in the state has been facing untold hardships. Therefore, the current crisis should be resolved as soon as possible by joining hands, he said.
