Two Manipuri lads will be taking the centrestage in this year’s Mister India, 2023 which will be held from December 21st to 25th at Sangli, Maharashtra.
The two boys are Jairaj Ningombam and Chitrakanan Thoudam who will be taking part in the 2nd edition of Mr India which has been organised under Global Model India.
Speaking to the media about the event at Manipur Press Club, Imphal, participants Jairaj Ningombam and Chitrakanan stated that they were proud to carry the name of Manipur on the Mr. India stage and hoped they could bring in laurels for the state.
“I hope that we both perform well in the pageant, and we ask the people to shower their blessings for the competition,” said Jairaj.
He highlighted that he has been preparing for Mr India stage for quite some time and extended gratitude to all his mentors for their guidance and teachings. He noted that the event has been managed by Resources group and had been organised in association with Sangli Festival.
Jairaj further expressed gratitude to all his mentors who had helped him reach this level.
