The Manipur government on Thursday informed that all state government/state government aided/private unaided schools will reopen from Friday.

The order was issued by the Directorate of Education (Schools), Government of Manipur. It stated that the same was issued with the approval of the Government, department of Education (S) conveyed in consultation with the Home department.

Mention may be made that the state government earlier on Monday had announced closure of all state government/state government aided/private unaided schools till Thursday.
