The Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur (COHSEM) has notified for online submission of enrolment for Classes 11 and 12 and for the submission of completed registration forms for the same classes for the academic session 2023-24.
The notification issued on Monday is directed to the concerned principals/heads of institutions of colleges having plus 2 courses and higher secondary schools under the council.
According to the notification, the online submission is to be done on the council’s website ‘https://cohsemmanipur.nic.in’.
The notice said that for class 11, a fee of Rs 800, including the cost of application form, registration fee and enrolment fee will be charged.
A fee of Rs 1,300, including the cost of application form, registration fee, enrolment fee and original certificate fee) will be charged for students admitted in class 12 with eligibility permission, it said.
The date for commencement of online registration for both classes 11 and 12 is August 10, 2023, while the last date for online submission of enrolment is on September 6, 2023, and the last date for submission of forms/statement to the council is on September 12, 2023, it stated.
It mentioned that the prescribed registration application form is available at the council office or may be downloaded from the council website- ‘https://cohsem.nic.in’.
It further informed that correction of student(s) data due to inadvertent mistake(s) from the institution side may be done on or before the last date of online submission without charging any fees.
For correction of any mistake beyond the last date, a correction fee fixed by the council from time to time shall be charged, it added.
It also stated that students who transferred from class 10 to 12 under the letter no. MISC5/6/2022- EDN(S)-EDN (S) Government of Manipur dated Imphal June 6, 2023, be entered student(s) details in the newly given format and submit the enrolment separately.
