The proscribed umbrella organisation Alliance for Socialist Unity, Kangleipak (ASUK) on Thursday announced that measures to prevent the use of unfair means during the approaching Council and Board examinations will be taken up, as a part of its ‘Campaign for National Regeneration (CNR)’.
Considering the Class X examination to be conducted by BOSEM from April 5, and Class XII examination to be conducted by COHSEM from April 7, the special task force of CNR has set certain rules, ASUK stated in a release issued by special task force commander K Deepak.
To prevent anyone from assisting/encouraging the candidates from using unfair means, the special task force has imposed a curfew at the radius of 200 metres from the examination centres, ASUK stated.
Invigilators and students will not be allowed to carry books, notes, tablets, mobile phones, cameras etc. at the campuses of the examination centres, it stated.
Invigilators shall not help the candidates by providing the answers, allow copying or encourage any other forms of unfair means during the examination, ASUK mentioned.
If the invigilators violate these rules, the OC/AOC/SOs of the examination centres will bear the consequences, ASUK mentioned.
No one should give hindrances to the Council/Board/Flying Squads while they are performing their assigned duties, it stated. No one will be allowed to leak the original question papers or circulate any fake ones through social media or any other medium, it added.
