Two more COVID-19 cases found in Manipur

Imphal West and Ukhrul reported one new COVID-19 positive case each on Saturday.

Manipur on Saturday reported two new COVID-19 cases, pushing the cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in the state to 1,39,901. The number of COVID-19 active cases stood at 13, official sources said.

According to the updated data issued by the COVID-19 Common Control Room, Imphal West and Ukhrul reported one new COVID-19 positive case each.

The cumulative number of COVID-19 deaths remained 2,149, as no deaths were reported due to COVID-19, while one person was discharged on Saturday.

It further stated that the number of doses of COVID-19 vaccine administered on Friday was 337.

The cumulative number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered so far is 32,59,010. The first doss has been administered to 16,47,876 beneficiaries, while the second dose totaled 13,35,006 and precautionary dose 2,76,128 so far.
