Manipur's COVID-19 caseload climbs to 1,39,885

Manipur detected two new COVID-19 cases, according to the COVID-19 Common Control Room on Monday.

The COVID-19 Common Control Room stated in a release that one male and one female was tested COVID-19 positive in the last 24 hours.

One COVID-19 positive case each was reported from Chandel and Imphal East. With this, the cumulative number of COVID- 19 cases in the state now rose to 1,39,885.

No death due to COVID-19 has been reported in the last 24 hours from any part of the State. The cumulative number of COVID-19 deaths remains at 2149.

No person was discharged today. An the recovery rate of the infection stood at 98.45 per cent.

The number of active COVID-19 cases is 19.

The number of doses of COVID- 19 vaccine administered on October 30 was 101. The cumulative doses administered so far reached 32,54,562, including first dose - 16,47,306, 2nd dose - 13,33,395 and precautionary dose - 2,73,861.

If you have any flu or flu like symptoms, get tested, the release stated. Follow Covid Appropriate behavior. Continue to wear masks, wash hands frequently and get vaccinated, the release added.
