Manipur reports three more COVID-19 cases

The COVID-19 Common Control Room reported that Bishnupur, Imphal East and Thoubal logged one new positive case each.

Manipur on Friday reported three new COVID-19 cases over the last 24 hours, pushing the state's cumulative number of COVID-19 cases to 1,39,889.

According to a release issued by the COVID-19 Common Control Room on Friday, two males and one female were tested COVID-19 positive. Bishnupur, Imphal East and Thoubal reported one new positive case each.

No death due to COVID-19 has been reported in the last 24 hours from any part of the state. The cumulative number of COVID-19 deaths stood at 2,149.

One more person was discharged and the recovery rate recorded 98.45 per cent. Hence, the number of COVID-19 active cases is 17.

The number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered on November 3 was 323. The cumulative doses administered so far reached 32,56,249, including 16,47,567 first dose, 13,34,168 second dose and 2,74,514 precautionary dose.

If you have any flu or flu like symptoms, get tested, the release stated. Follow Covid Appropriate behavior. Continue to wear masks, wash hands frequently and get vaccinated, the release added.
