COVID-19: Only two active cases in Nagaland

No new COVID-19 positive case has been recorded in Nagaland for 10 consecutive days.

No new COVID-19 positive case has been recorded in Nagaland for 10 consecutive days, state Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom said.

As per the update posted by the health minister on Twitter, no new positive case has been recorded in the state since March 14 and the state has only two active cases, one each in Kohima and Makokchung.

Nagaland has so far recorded 12,225 COVID-19 positive cases, of which 11,978 patients have recovered while 91 patients have died.

Of the 91 deaths, 10 deaths are not due to COVID-19 and 154 cases have migrated to other states, according to the state health department.
