COVID-19 active caseload in Manipur drops to zero

No new COVID-19 case or death was reported in Manipur on Wednesday.

Manipur continued to report zero COVID-19 positive cases, confining the cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in the state 1,39,922.

A release issued by COVID-19 on Wednesday stated that no persons tested positive for COVID-19 and not a single person died of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours from any part of the state. The cumulative number of COVID-19 deaths remains at 2,149, it stated.

Two persons were discharged on Wednesday and the number of active COVID-19 cases has reduced to zero.

The number of doses of COVID-19 vaccine administered on Tuesday is 35. The cumulative number of vaccine doses administered so far is 32,65,715. Of the total, the first dose is 16,48,659, second dose 13,37,961 and precaution dose is 27,9,095.
