COVID-19 active case tally climbs to 29 in Manipur

The cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in the state now stands at 1,39,869.

Manipur on Monday reported two more COVID-19 positive cases and 29 total COVID-19 active cases, official source said.

A release issued by the COVID-19 Common Control Room on Monday stated that two females tested COVID-19 positive. Bishnupur and Imphal East district reported one positive case each.

The cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in the state now stands at 1,39,869.

No death due to COVID-19 has been reported in the last 24 hours from any part of the state. The cumulative number of COVID-19 deaths remains 2,149.

No person was discharged today and the recovery rate recorded is 98.44 per cent.

The number of doses of COVID-19 vaccine administered on October 23 is 239. The cumulative doses administered so far is 3252564. Out of it first  dose is 1647079, second dose is 1332544 and precautionary dose is 272941.
