Manipur has so far conducted 16,68,595 COVID-19 tests. No new COVID-19 case or death was reported in the state on Sunday and the state's confirmed COVID-19 caseload stood at 1,39,924, including 2,149 deaths, official sources said.

On Sunday, 60 COVID-19 tests were conducted in the state but all returned negative for the infected.

Manipur reported two COVID-19 positive cases in 2023- one each on January 1 and January 3. However, the two cases have recovered from the infection leaving the cumulative number of recovered cases at 1,37,77 and recovery rate at 98.46 per cent.
