Panthoibi Construction Private Limited (PCPL), a sister company of Panthoibi Housing Finance Company, (PHFCL) has launched “Panthoibi Green Home” at Khabam Bamdiar, Imphal West on Sunday.
Speaking to the media, PHFCL chairman and managing director Thokchom Hemo said the housing project will give opportunity to only people of Manipur apart from non-locals.
He said any individual can buy the plot of 2,610 square feet area which is point 6. After buying the plot if there is a financial issue then the company will provide subsidised home loans.
There will be three options while buying the plot, he said, informing that the company will provide a 10 per cent discount for those who buy the plot and make a one-time payment.
For advance payment of 50 per cent, the buyer can pay the remaining amount on instalment with a rate of 0.85 per cent however the instalment should be completed within one year, he added.
For the third option any individual can pay Rs 5 lakh as advance payment and the remaining amount can be paid in installments with the same rate of interest within two years, said the Managing director.
He said in the “Panthoibi Green Home”, all the buildings will be of G+3 and there will be a playground, club house, commercial building, health care facility and others.
Hemo further said “PHFCL is the only financial institute which is regulated by RBI not only in the state but also in the entire north eastern states.”
