The writer of the two books, Naorem Tamu Devi in her book, ‘Shindam Shang’ mentioned that any individual can earn and get income easily if they are not lazy to do any kind of work. In the present society, many people are eager to get a government job; however, getting a government white collar job is not easy, she said.

She further said it is not necessary to get a white collar job to get income. Instead, youths including both educated and uneducated should be encouraged to become self-reliant and should start any kind of business whether small or big.

If any individual is focussed and determined enough on their work, then income can be generated easily, she added. With the idea to encourage the youths she wrote the story book and the poetry book, said the writer.
