Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose 125th Birth Anniversary Celebrations Committee, Manipur State Committee released two books on Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose in Imphal on Sunday.
The two books Netaji Subhash Speaks and Netaji's Call to Students, Youths and Women (Selected Speeches of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose) were written by the Manipur committee. They have been released ahead of his birth anniversary on January 23.
Professor Chandralekha Das, former head of History department of Dhunoi College, Assam, was present at the event.
Others who attended the event included committee president Thokchom Surjaboro Singh, advisor Khagokpam Khamba Singh; Tekcham Rameshwor Singh, president, All India Save Education, Manipur State Committee; Mayengbam Amutombi Singh, vice-president, H Gitajen Meitei; general secretary, Yendrembam Kiran; treasurer cum media coordinator of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose 125th Birth Anniversary Celebrations, Manipur State Committee.
