People's Action Committee (PAC) against the brutal killing of Pravish Chanam at Greater Noida’ recalled Pravish Chanam on his 4th Death Anniversary which falls on Thursday at the residence of the deceased at Uripok Achom Leikai in Imphal.
Chanam Jugindro's father Pravish Chanam appealed to all concerned to support the movement until justice is served to his family over the death of his second son at greater Noida.
Poirei Leimarol Meira Paibi Apunba Manipur president L Memchou expressed her deepest condolences to the family members and drew the attention of the people to fight together until justice is served.
Meanwhile, PAC convenor Laimayum Pishu reaffirmed that the committee will continue to fight for justice along with the people of Manipur.
Pravish Chanam went to Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh to attend a musical concert with his friends and later went missing from the concert on September 7 and found cremated on September 13, 2017 by Police of Greater Noida.
The matter was handed over to CBI and a chargesheet was submitted at the Ghaziabad Court of CBI, mentioning that no suspects could be arrested. As a result, a protest petition was filed and the next hearing is fixed on September 15, 2021.
