Former PM Manmohan Singh recovers from COVID-19

The 88-year-old veteran Congress leader has been discharged from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi on Thursday.

Former prime minister and veteran Congress leader Manmohan Singh was on Thursday discharged from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi after recovering from COVID-19, reports said.

The 88-year-old was admitted to the Trauma Centre of AIIMS on April 19 after testing positive for COVID-19.

The senior Congress leader has taken two doses of Covaxin, first on March 4 and second on April 3.
