E-pass will be made mandatory for flight passengers arriving in Imphal East district to proceed to the district Testing Centre mentioned in the e-pass for mandatory COVID-19 testing from Saturday onwards, the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Imphal East notified on Thursday
The notification was issued by Imphal East deputy commissioner Kh Daina in furtherance to the discontinuation of HRD Academy as Transit Quarantine Centre for air passengers from October 31.
It stated that passengers can log in to “https://imphaleast.nic.in/services/” for availing the e-pass at least one day prior to the date of arrival.
If there are any unavoidable circumstances where the passenger cannot apply for e-pass prior to arrival, the passenger may do so after arrival on the same website in the arrival hall, it further stated.
In case of any difficulty, the passengers can call at the helpline number “7630076391,” the notification added.
