Thoubal district police commando apprehended two drug peddlers along with 720 capsules of Tramodol Hydrochloride, Dicyclomine Hydrochloride and Chlorpheniramine Maleate Capsules SIMPLEX C+.
The two individuals are Md Rashid Ali, 30, son of Md Liyakat Ali of Lilong Turel Ahanbi Lou Manga and Md Safique Khan, 23, son of late Md Anjop Ali of Lilong Kaleikhong Ipham.
It is reported that both the arrested individuals along with the seized articles were handed over to Thoubal police station for further necessary legal action and investigation of the case
In another case, a team of Lilong police including women police personnel apprehended two individuals from IVR of Lilong Turel Ahanbi along with 11.7 gram of heroin no. 4 powder.
The arrested individual are Farana alias Echan, 24, wife of Md Sana of Lilong Dam Makha presently staying at Keikhu Maning Leikai and Md Enus Khan alias lbungo, 37, son of Md Umadali Khan of Keikhu Maning Leikai. In this regard a case has been registered at Lilong police station for further investigation.
