College teachers in Manipur have been demanding to implement the 7th Pay Commission since 2018, Rajen said.
"Resuming the classes has also become mandatory, and at the same time, controlling COVID-19 pandemic is also important. To execute both, responsibilities of teachers, students and parents are very important,” Rajen stated
Manipur Education Minister S Rajen has said that negative COVID-19 reports will be mandatory for school hostellers.
Manipur Education Minister S Rajen said that most of the colleges in the state are in low grade and even the premier colleges are in the level of B grade (2.01-2.50) and B+ grade (2.51-2.75).
The education minister asked all the MLAs to submit the list of government colleges and schools in their respective constituencies, which needed upgradation.
